We use structural insulated panels (SIPs) to form the core structure of every annexe. These panels are strong, energy-efficient and allow for fast build times. Most annexes are ready to use within just 3 to 4 weeks.
SIPs panels provide excellent thermal performance, helping keep your annexe warm in winter and cool in summer. This reduces energy use and keeps running costs low all year round.
We use a mix of fibre cement and wood-grain effect PVC cladding that is low maintenance and built to last. Fascias, soffits and trims are made from durable steel, aluminium or PVC.
Every annexe is fitted with strong, secure PVCu windows and doors, using 28mm argon-filled sealed units that meet A-rated energy standards.
